How do I pause my subscription?

Pausing your subscription is an easy way to delay your supplement cookie order by 1 month. If you need a longer break, check the skip function.

1. Head to your member area and login to your account
   Note: if you are unable to login you might not have set up a password for you account. Check our article: I can't access my account, what to do?
   

2. When you login, click on "Manage Subscription", You will be brought directly to your subscription details page.
   

3. Choose the subscription you want to pause and click on the "PAUSE" button.
   

4. You will then be asked to confirm, simply click on the "PAUSE SUBSCRIPTION" button and you will be all set, your next delivery will be processed one month later.

5. Please then allow a couple minutes for your account to display the updated information.
