How do I skip my next order?

  1. Head to your member area and login to your account
    Note: if you are unable to login you might not have set up a password for you account. Check our article: I can't access my account, what to do?

  2. When you login, click on "Manage Subscription", You will be brought directly to your subscription details page.

  3. Choose the subscription you want to skip and click on the "SKIP" button.

  4. You will then be asked to choose your next delivery date.

  5. Click on the "CONFIRM DATE" button and you will be all set. Your next delivery will be processed on your new chosen date!

  6. Please then allow a couple minutes for your account to display the updated information.
