How do I cancel my subscription?

  1. Head to your member area and login to your account
    Note: if you are unable to login you might not have set up a password for you account. Check our article: I can't access my account, what to do?

  2. When you login, click on "Manage Subscription", You will be brought directly to your subscription details page.

  3. Choose the subscription you want to cancel and click on the "CANCEL" button.

  4. You will then be asked to confirm, simply click on the "CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION" button and your subscription will be cancelled immediately.

  5. Please then allow a couple minutes for your account to display the updated information.
